Our premises on Belfast’s historic Church Lane started life as
W.M. McMaster & Son Hardware which traded here for over 120 years.
In mid-2018 we launched our project to completely remodel the building
to create a state-of-the-art entertainment space in the heart of Belfast.
We collaborated with our design and construction teams to fit out the
building to the highest possible standards while remaining sensitive to
the original build. After months of hard work and imagination, we were
delighted to open our doors in December 2018.
Our entertainment space comprises three Game of Thrones inspired
escape rooms – Save King’s Landing (x2) and Bastards – plus The Assessment.
The ordinary has never been enough for us!
Established with an ambition to provide original
entertainment, GoT To Escape is Belfast’s ultimate escape room
experience! Having played escape rooms all over the world,
our team is dedicated to detail and passionate about
making your time with us special.
An escape game is a simple concept. You have 60 minutes to
complete your challenge by working as a team to find clues and
solve a series of puzzles in a themed room.
Our games are immersive and challenging and enjoying yourself is
easy! You don’t need any specific knowledge, skills or strength to
play – just a little logic, power of observation, determination and
team spirit! In just one hour (or less!), discover qualities you didn’t
know you had and see your teammates in a new light!

When you step through a door, you enter a new world.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet your gamemaster and
find out more about your challenge.
You are shown into your escape room, prepared for your mission
and the door is closed behind you (but never locked!)
You have 60 minutes to complete your challenge by finding the clues and
solving the puzzles in the room. Don’t worry – you won’t be alone!
We’ll be monitoring your game and if we see you struggling we’ll give you
a little clue to help you along. And remember, the most important thing
is to have fun!
